Settings

Configure your account, team, notifications, and customize BREWOPS to fit your workflow.

Settings overview

BREWOPS has two types of settings: personal settings that affect only your account, and team settings that affect everyone on your team.

Team settings

These settings are only available to team admins and affect the entire team.

Team Members

Invite new members, manage roles, and control access

  • Invite members via email
  • Assign Admin, Manager, or Member roles
  • Assign locations to each member
  • Remove members from team

Permissions

Admin access required

Only team admins can access and modify team settings. If you need to change team settings, ask your team admin.

Branding customization

Upload your company logo to display in the sidebar and reports

Set your brand color for buttons, links, and accents

Customize the sidebar background to match your brand

Set a custom browser tab icon

Branding affects all team members

When you update branding, all team members will see the changes. Make sure your logo and colors look good before saving.

Best practices

Keep profile updated

Use your real name and a recognizable photo so team members know who made changes.

Configure permissions early

Set up role permissions before inviting team members to ensure proper access from the start.

Review notification settings

Turn off notifications you don't need to avoid alert fatigue.

Test branding changes

Preview branding changes on different screens before applying to ensure they look good.
